• I think the best way to increase ROI is to establish a target market and get them what they want. If you find out what people want for a certain audience then you know you can sell to that group for a long period of time. Doing this will boost your numbers and bring back a good ROI. You can further this by establishing multiple different target audiences for different products. The more products you have the higher the ROI is going to be helping you out the most in the long run.

    Another way to get good ROI is by investing in a good long term staff. Having a good staff who knows what to do is key in making money. Getting a good trustworthy staff will have your business booming over a period of time. You can delegate different rolls to certain people who are better in some places than others. Having a good ROI is easy to accomplish if you have the right people around you and the right tools to accomplish your goals.

  • I think in 5 years marketing will use AI for a lot of the things they need to do. AI will be used to get rid of all the petty work that nobody wants to do. It will also be able to break down stats faster than ever so we will know what works and what doesn’t. Doing this will allow us to market the correct things to people in a way that we know will reach them because statistics will break down exactly what we need to do so. To make it simple, AI will make all of our lives easier and optimize efficiency everywhere.

    I also think that in 5 years the main source of promoting ad advertising will be through content creators and media influencers. This would mean that there would be less physical ads like billboards and more videos posted online. This works better because it allows you to directly connect with the person making the post to talk to them about the product so you know what your buying. Also with the grow of these online stores such as TikTok shop you can see an ad and if you like the product there will be a link in that same video where you can go buy it making it very convenient where you don’t have to go searching for it. It is also extremely budget friendly compared to having to pay for a billboard over a long period of time. It costs nothing to post a video and promote a product online.

  • Blogging is beneficial in my opinion because you gain an audience that over time gains your trust. You help build your own personal brand when people search for something and your blog post comes up. If your posts are good and high quality then it is going to draw a lot of attention to your brand or whatever your writing about. Gaining regular readers will almost guarantee a positive gain to the brand you are writing about.

    Vlogging is beneficial too because people can physically see you can connect with you. Famous youtubers are recognized all over the place and they help promote things all the time. A lot of them have sponsorship deals with brands and people listen to them because they are influencers who people like and enjoy watching. If they gain a big enough audience they also make money from it. Another reason vlogging is beneficial is because it is more entertaining and engaging than reading a blog post.

  • I think that social media is the best way to market things to consumers. It’s much easier to get the attention of new customers because you can use keywords to promote your product. If someone is looking up fishing rods then the key words will put your website with your ads on that persons phone for them to see. Theres also other benefits such as communication with the consumer. On TV and billboard ads you are only relaying the message by communicating to the customer but on social media the producer is able to communicate back and forth with the consumer.

    I also think that its easier to reach consumers through social media. If you make a post and it goes viral it will easily be seen by millions of people when a lot of people don’t watch tv as much anymore. Creating ads on social media is a whole lot cheaper than making a TV ad or renting out a billboard. Social media is the future of advertising because it is only going to grow more and more over time. People also will see the ads more often on social media, personally when I get an add while i’m watching TV and it goes to commercial break I go on my phone because I don’t care to watch commercials so I think there is a better chance of seeing ads there.

  • Hi, my name is Jackson and i’m a student at Joliet Junior College and I am in a social media marketing class there. I am now a sophomore at the school with plans to move on to a four year university after i’m done there. My major is in marketing and I am looking to learn a lot more on the subject. Im hopefully going to be doing an internship in marketing next summer to get some experience in the field. I really hope that I like it and enjoy working in the field because i do have a strong passion for it. I think my eventual goal in the grand scheme of things is to be a marketing manager for a large company.
